1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Pigmenta website (pigmenta.pt) and the purchase of products made available through it. By accessing and using this website, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these terms in their entirety. Pigmenta reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes published on this page. The date of the last update will always be indicated at the top of this page.
2. Products and Prices
All products presented on the website are high-quality art prints, available in different sizes and frame options. Prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force and are expressed in Euros (€). Pigmenta will make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information presented, including descriptions, images and prices. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice. Print colors may vary slightly from the images shown on the website, due to differences between monitors and printing processes.
3. Orders and Payments
By submitting an order, the customer is making a binding purchase proposal, subject to acceptance by Pigmenta. Order confirmation will be sent by email. Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), MB WAY and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. Pigmenta reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are merely indicative and may vary depending on the destination and type of product ordered. Pigmenta will not be responsible for delays caused by force majeure or reasons attributable to carriers. Shipping is free for orders over €50 destined for mainland Portugal. 5. Returns and Refunds
The customer has the right to return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Customized items or those with custom frames are not eligible for return, except in case of defect or damage during transport. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pigmenta website, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, design, software and artworks, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Purchased prints are intended for personal and decorative use. Reproduction, distribution or commercialization of the works without express authorization from the respective artists and Pigmenta is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pigmenta will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or products purchased, except in cases provided by law. Pigmenta does not guarantee that the website will operate uninterruptedly or free of errors, although we make every effort to maintain its continuous operation.
8. Applicable Law
